Solid Timber Standard Facia Range

Description

Our solid oak fascia beams provide the character of a traditional timber beam in a shallower profile, making them an attractive choice above fireplace openings and stoves. Manufactured from kiln-dried oak, each beam naturally features variations in grain, knots, splits and shakes, ensuring every piece has its own character.

Fascia Beam Profiles

The range includes three main fascia profiles:

• Standard Fascia Beam – 140mm high × 70mm deep
• Medium Fascia Beam – 140mm high × 89mm deep
• Large Fascia Beam – a larger, more substantial fascia profile

The range can be supplied in a wide choice of lengths, with most beams made to measure and bespoke lengths available up to approximately 3 metres.

Surface Finishes & Ageing

Choose from a variety of treatments to create anything from a clean contemporary mantel to the appearance of an old reclaimed beam:

Round Edge – smooth surface with softly rounded edges
Rustic – smooth face with characterful nibbled edges
Dressed – heavily contoured edges with a smoother surface
Aged – distressed edges with a textured surface
Extremely Aged – distressed edges and faces for greater character
Ancient – heavily aged to recreate the appearance of very old timber
Prime – cleaner oak with fewer rustic characteristics, normally supplied with round edges.

Colour Options

There are seven colour finishes available, allowing the oak to range from lighter natural shades through to richer, aged tones. The collection includes finishes such as Natural Waxed, Light/Medium, Medium, Medium/Dark, Brown, Silvered and Warm Antique, depending on the selected beam and treatment.
