I visited here to get advice on buying a log burner and flue for my sitting room. Ben spent a lot of time talking me through all the options and is clearly very knowledgeable on the topic. I now have a very clear vision of what I want, and I’m in the early stages of getting it installed for next winter.
The showroom is like a maze and absolutely worth a visit.

Very impressed by the showroom and the staff and manager were excellent. We wanted to buy a Big Green Egg barbecue/stove and we got comprehensive and very enthusiastic and informed advice. Would seriously recommend for top end specialist barbecue products and furniture and the range of fireplaces on display was really impressive. Much bigger than it appears from the outside. Parking on site.

A great service offered from beginning to end. Good advice at the showroom stage and effortless booking in of the trades to attend home and make the fireplace a reality. Questions answered very quickly and a great end result. Would recommend the fireplace company!

Questions about

Your Visit to the Showroom
&
Installations.

No. If your property doesn’t have a traditional chimney, we can often design and install a twin-wall insulated flue system, effectively creating a chimney for your new stove.

If possible, before you visit our showroom please take measurements of the fireplace opening. Also, rough measurements of your room will help us best advise the head output required.

Bring some photographs of:

The Fireplace
The complete chimney stack (including the ground and the top of the chimney in one photo)

If you are considering a freestanding fireplace or have neither of the above, please bring a photo of the area where you would like to have the fire installed as well as a photo of the exterior of the property.

Yes, although we do ask that you visit us in the showroom first.

This really helps us (and hopefully you) get an understanding of the style and type of product you are really looking for. You will be able to get a feel for products, compare options, and receive personalised advice from knowledgeable staff.

From there we will not only be able to give you a costing guide for your project, but we can then take your details down to be able to schedule a site survey visit with one of our engineers.

Absolutely. Choosing an appliance isn’t just about appearance. We consider the size of the room, heat requirements, fireplace dimensions, chimney or flue arrangement and the style you’re hoping to achieve before recommending suitable options.

For our standard wood-burning stove installations into an existing chimney, we install an appropriately specified stainless-steel flexible flue liner. This creates a continuous, correctly sized flue route between the stove and chimney terminal and helps the appliance and chimney operate together effectively.

Yes. We can take care of the complete project, from the initial survey and helping you choose your appliance through to building work, fireplace preparation, hearths, flue systems and final installation. It means you have one company looking after the project rather than having to coordinate several different trades.
