FDC Abingdon Fireplace
The Abingdon is available in 46″ and 52″ widths and can be supplied in two configurations:
Complete Fireplace Suite – includes the limestone mantel, matching back panel/slips and solid hearth, creating a complete fireplace ready to pair with a suitable inset gas or electric fire. The complete suite has an 80mm rebate.
Surround Only – the limestone mantel without the hearth and back panel, giving greater flexibility to create a bespoke fireplace with your choice of stove, chamber, slips and hearth. The surround-only version has a 25mm rebate as standard.
Description
The FDC Abingdon is a timeless fireplace in Veined Portuguese Limestone, with a warm cream tone, subtle horizontal veining and natural fossil markings. Its simple proportions work beautifully in both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Sizes
46″ Abingdon – 1170mm shelf width with a 720 × 720mm mantel opening.
52″ Abingdon – 1320mm shelf width with an 810 × 810mm mantel opening.
FDC also offers a bespoke service, allowing the Abingdon to be made in alternative dimensions where required.
As Portuguese Limestone is a natural material, each fireplace has individual variations in colour, veining, grain and fossil markings, making every Abingdon unique.
