Chesney Fireplaces – The Stirling Fireplace

Description

The Chesneys Stirling is a striking fireplace defined by elegant simplicity and strong architectural proportions. Its distinctive design combines a substantial corniced mantel shelf with bolection moulding through the frieze and jambs, creating a sophisticated surround that works equally well in traditional and contemporary interiors. Chesneys shows the Stirling carved in Italian Bianco Avorio limestone.

Material Options

The Stirling is shown in Italian Bianco Avorio limestone, but Chesneys states that it is also available in optional materials. Its Special Materials Collection allows surrounds to be commissioned in rare natural stones and marbles; Chesneys specifically features the Stirling in dramatic Nero Marquina, and states that any surround in its range can be made to order from its special-material selection.

With its choice of 36″ or 40″ opening, deep architectural mouldings and substantial mantel shelf, the Stirling is ideal for customers wanting a fireplace with a grand presence while retaining a clean and understated design. Chesneys also offers bespoke sizing on request.
