Available in a variety of sizes and formats, the Riva2 can be tailored with different frames, interior linings and flue options to create a fire perfectly suited to your home.

Riva2 Sizes & Heat Outputs

The Riva2 collection offers several sizes, from compact portrait fires through to large statement models.

Riva2 400 – up to 3.8kW
The most compact Riva2, designed to suit smaller fireplace openings and standard-sized rooms. Its portrait proportions provide an impressive flame picture without requiring a large installation space.

Riva2 500 – up to 4.9kW
A popular mid-sized model specifically proportioned to suit a standard 22″ British fireplace opening. Conventional flue versions offer up to 4.5kW, while balanced flue versions can provide up to 4.9kW, depending on specification.

Riva2 500HL Slimline
The 500HL Slimline provides a taller flame picture combined with a shallow-depth firebox, making it particularly useful where installation depth is restricted. Its balanced-flue design also makes it suitable for many homes without a conventional chimney.

Riva2 600 & 600HL
The 600 models provide larger proportions and a generous log-effect fuel bed, creating a more substantial focal point. The standard 600 offers a landscape appearance, while the 600HL provides a taller, high-line flame picture.

Riva2 750HL – up to 7kW
The impressive 750HL is one of the largest Riva2 options, producing up to 7kW of heat. Its substantial dimensions, detailed logs and expansive flame display make it an excellent choice for larger living spaces.

Frame Options

One of the key attractions of the Gazco Riva2 is the extensive choice of frames and finishing styles. Depending on the model, options include the minimalist Edge, reflective Icon XS Black Glass, contemporary Evoke Glass and Evoke Steel, three-dimensional Verve XS, and the more traditional Ellingham cast-iron frame.

The Edge option creates a clean, frameless ‘hole-in-the-wall’ appearance, while Icon XS and Evoke options add a sophisticated contemporary border. For something more dramatic, the curved Verve XS creates a striking feature, while the Ellingham is ideal for customers wanting to combine modern gas-fire technology with traditional fireplace styling.

Interior Lining Options

The inside of your Riva2 can also be personalised to change the overall character of the fire. Depending on model, lining choices include Black Reeded, Brick Effect, Vermiculite, Ledgestone Effect and EchoFlame Black Glass.

EchoFlame Black Glass creates a particularly dramatic appearance, reflecting the flames and fuel bed to give the fire additional visual depth. Brick and Ledgestone effects provide a more traditional backdrop, while Black Reeded creates a sophisticated, understated finish.

Combined with the Riva2’s highly detailed log-effect fuel bed and glowing ember effect, these lining choices allow you to create anything from a classic fireplace to a sleek contemporary centrepiece.

Conventional & Balanced Flue Options

Selected Riva2 models are available in both conventional and balanced flue versions, providing greater flexibility when choosing a fire for your property. Balanced flue models can provide a solution for properties without a traditional chimney, subject to the individual installation requirements.

Programmable Remote Control

Riva2 gas fires offer all the convenience of modern gas heating with a Programmable Thermostatic remote control. This allows you to ignite the fire, adjust the flame and heat output, maintain a chosen room temperature and programme the fire to operate at selected times.
