Stovax County Wood Burning Stove Range

Description

The Stovax County range combines rustic country styling with modern, highly efficient heating technology. Featuring a distinctive arched viewing window, clean lines and a generous view of the flames, the County is equally at home in a traditional cottage, period fireplace or more contemporary interior.

County Size & Heat Output Options

The range is available in four sizes, allowing you to choose the right proportions and heat output for your room:

County 3 – 4.8kW
The most compact model in the range, with a nominal heat output of 4.8kW and a heat output range of approximately 2–5kW. Its smaller proportions make it ideal for cosy living rooms and smaller fireplace openings.

County 5 – 5kW
A popular mid-sized stove with a 5kW nominal heat output and a heat output range of 2.5–7kW. Available as a dedicated wood burner or multi-fuel model, the County 5 provides an excellent balance of size, performance and traditional styling.

County 5 Wide – 5kW
The County 5 Wide offers a broader firebox and impressive landscape flame view while retaining a practical 5kW nominal output. Its wider, shallower proportions make it a great choice for larger fireplace openings where you want more visual impact without moving to a higher-output stove.

County 8 – 8.3kW
The largest model in the range, the dedicated wood-burning County 8 provides a powerful 8.3kW nominal heat output, with a range of approximately 4–11kW. Its generous firebox and large viewing window make it particularly well suited to larger living rooms and open-plan spaces.

Wood Burning & Multi-Fuel Options

Fuel options vary by model. The County 3 is multi-fuel, while the County 5 is available as either a dedicated wood burner or multi-fuel stove. The County 5 Wide features a fixed grate for wood and suitable smokeless fuels, while the larger County 8 is a dedicated wood-burning stove.

Efficient, Cleaner Burning

All Stovax County stoves feature advanced Cleanburn and Airwash technology, helping to deliver efficient combustion while keeping the large viewing window clearer for an excellent view of the flames.

The County range is also Ecodesign Plus and DEFRA exempt as standard, making these stoves suitable for use in UK Smoke Control Areas when correctly installed and operated.
