Stovax Riva2 Wood Burning Stove Range

Description

The Stovax Riva2 Freestanding range combines contemporary styling, outstanding flame views and advanced wood-burning technology in a striking freestanding design. Available in four sizes – Riva2 40, 50, 55 and 66 – the collection offers a choice of heat outputs and proportions, making it easy to find a Riva2 to suit your room and fireplace setting.

Four Sizes & Heat Outputs

Riva2 40 – 4.9kW
The most compact model in the range, with a heat output range of 3.6–5.3kW. The Riva2 40 is ideal for smaller and medium-sized rooms and is also the only model in the freestanding range that offers multi-fuel capability, allowing suitable smokeless fuels to be used as well as wood.

Riva2 50 – 5.0kW
Offering wider proportions and an impressive flame picture, the Riva2 50 has a nominal heat output of 5kW, with a heat output range of 3.8–6.5kW. It is a great choice for customers looking for a contemporary stove with a wider firebox while retaining a practical 5kW nominal output.

Riva2 55 – 5.0kW
The Riva2 55 has distinctive taller, portrait-style proportions, creating an impressive view of the flames. It provides a 5kW nominal heat output, with a heat output range of 4.3–6kW, combining strong visual presence with manageable heating performance.

Riva2 66 – 8.1kW
The largest and most powerful stove in the range, the Riva2 66 delivers a substantial 8.1kW nominal heat output, with a range of 5.5–9kW. Its broad proportions and expansive flame view make it particularly suited to larger rooms and open living spaces.

Log Store Options

Each Riva2 Freestanding stove can be fitted with an optional log store base, raising the firebox and viewing window to create a taller, more dramatic focal point. As well as enhancing the overall appearance of the stove, the open base provides a practical and attractive space for storing logs beneath the fire.

For an alternative contemporary installation, the Riva2 range is also compatible with a selection of Stovax steel stove benches, allowing the stove to be elevated and turned into an even more prominent feature.

Choice of Feet

Personalise your Riva2 with a choice of stylish feet. Matt Black Cast Iron Feet provide a subtle reference to traditional stove design, while Walnut-effect Hardwood Feet introduce a warmer, more natural detail that contrasts beautifully with the contemporary stove body.

The feet can be used with the stove itself or combined with the optional log store, giving you even greater freedom to create the look that best suits your home.

Advanced Wood Burning Performance

Behind the minimalist exterior is advanced Stovax combustion technology designed to deliver efficient, cleaner wood burning. The range features Cleanburn technology and an Advanced DualFlow Airwash system, helping to keep the large viewing window clearer and providing an excellent view of the flames.

All four models are Ecodesign Plus and DEFRA Smoke Control Zone exempt as standard, making them suitable for wood burning in Smoke Control Areas when correctly installed and operated.

The range achieves energy efficiency ratings of A or A+, with efficiencies of up to approximately 80.5%, depending on the model.

Why Choose a Stovax Riva2?

The Riva2 is an excellent choice if you want the atmosphere and warmth of a real wood fire combined with a much more contemporary appearance than a traditional stove. Its large glass window and clean lines put the flames at the centre of the design, while the four different sizes allow you to select a model that suits both the proportions and heating requirements of your room.

With four sizes, outputs from 4.9kW to 8.1kW, optional log stores, cast iron or walnut-effect feet and steel bench options, the Riva2 also offers exceptional flexibility when designing your fireplace.

Add in Ecodesign performance, DEFRA exemption, advanced Airwash technology and high efficiency, and the Stovax Riva2 provides an impressive combination of contemporary design, real wood-burning ambience and modern heating performance.
